Simone Biles finally reveals what her future holds after Paris Olympics – and opens up on whether she wants kids with NFL husband Jonathan Owens

Simone Biles wants to have children with her NFL-playing husband Jonathan Owens as she opens up on her future plans at the Paris Olympics.

Gymnast Biles won three golds and a silver medal for Team USA, cementing her status as one the great Olympians history.

The 27-year-old previously said that she disliked being asked about her future plans but now, with her Games finished, she has lifted the lid on what life moving forward could look like.

‘Yes, me and Jonathan always talk about kids. He would have had them yesterday if he could have. But yes, definitely [thinking about a family],’ she said on the TODAY show.

Owens left his camp with the Chicago Bears to cheer Biles on for most of the games but was back in the United States on Monday as his wife rounded out her Olympics.

‘He was so excited,’ Biles said of her husband’s experience cheering her on in France. ‘He loved going to see me compete, he was still keeping score.

‘It meant the world to him – he has seen the amount of hours that I put in, so he was so excited to be there.’

The next Olympics is held in Los Angeles in 2028 and Biles has also previously refused to rule out competing in a Games held in her home country.

‘Never say never,’ Biles said on Saturday. ‘The next Olympics is at home, so you just never know. But I am getting really old.’

She repeated that answer on Tuesday’s appearance, saying: ‘You know, you never say never.

‘The next Olympics is on home turf, so you just never know. I’m just going to relax and see where life takes me.’

Biles previously hit out at being asked about her future plans so soon after winning an Olympic medal on her X account over the weekend.

She wrote: ‘You guys really gotta stop asking athletes what’s next after they win a medal at the Olympics.

‘Let us soak up the moment we’ve worked our whole lives for.’
