Simone Holtznagel shared an adorable family photo on Monday as she posed with her five month old daughter Gia and 99-year-old grandmother.
The model, 31, who shares her tot with ex boyfriend Jono Castano, took to Instagram with the sweet multi-generational snap.
In it, she could be seen wearing a leather jacket as she smiled brightly for the camera and cradled baby Gia in her arms.
Meanwhile, her bundle of joy appeared to be giggling with Simone’s grandmother who was clearly besotted with her great-granddaughter.
‘My 5 and a half month old bebe with my 1197 month old Grandma. WHY AM I CRYING?’ Simone captioned the heartwarming picture.
It comes almost a week after Simone took yet another savage swipe at her ex-boyfriend Jono, 33, following their acrimonious split.
The Australian model quietly split from the personal trainer around nine weeks after they welcomed their baby daughter Gia on Easter Sunday.
Jono finally confirmed news of their break-up in July, and Simone has since said she is raising Gia alone and cryptically remarked she ‘couldn’t change’ her partner.

Now, the Australia’s Next Top Model star has taken another thinly-veiled dig at her ex boyfriend as she made a telling move on social media last Monday.
In her latest swipe, she liked an Instagram post which joked about feeling nauseated by the father of your child.
Alongside a shot of Rowan Atkinson’s iconic character Mr. Bean retching in disgust, a caption read: ‘Knowing that you were once attracted to the father of your child.’
A humorous caption penned by content creator JayDee Milo added: ‘Who feels like [vomit emoji]???’

Simone’s representatives declined to comment when contacted by Daily Mail Australia.
Simone welcomed her daughter Gia with Jono on Easter Sunday, but the couple went their separate ways just nine weeks later, with Jono confirming the news at the end of July.
‘Who knows what the future holds, our idea is just to be the best parents for Gia at this stage,’ he told Daily Mail Australia in a statement at the time.
A close friend of the couple then revealed the writing was on the wall for the end of Simone and Jono’s relationship for quite some time.
A source told The Daily Telegraph that several friends and family members warned Simone her model lifestyle was not compatible with Jono’s fitness influencer career.
