Sir Richard Branson has made his Aussie fans go wild after sharing a hilarious video of himself eating Vegemite.

The 73-year-old Virgin founder took to social media earlier this week to announce his Virgin Voyages cruise line in Australia is now serving the iconic Aussie spread.

In the video, Branson held up a plate with a slice of toast that had small amount of Vegemite.

‘Well, I have been asked to announce this very special occasion,’ he said. ‘We have now managed to get Vegemite exclusively on Virgin Voyages Australia.’

Branson then took a small bite out of the toast, before spitting the unchewed piece out onto the ground and laughing.

In his caption, the British billionaire clarified his true love for the dark brown spread.

‘Just kidding, I loved it and proceeded to eat the props,’ he wrote.

Australian fans took to the comments to share their laughs over the feel-good video.

‘Vegemite is the best! Only us Aussies understand how good it is!!!’ one user wrote.
