Although Robyn, 40 – Kody’s fourth wife – once expressed she did not want to live in a heavily-wooded area due to forest fires, it appears she had a change of heart.

The family’s new home sits on a ridge on a ‘heavily-treed four acres’, according to the listing.

The home was only on the market for a month before it was snapped up by the happy couple.

It even has a ‘heated driveway’ that will make shoveling snow during the harsh winters a breeze for the husband and father of 18.

Compared to Kody’s other wives it seems, ‘Robyn is getting the best place to live,’ a source told DailyMail.com.

‘Even her previous rental home in Flagstaff was almost 7,000 square feet. Basically double the size of the other three wives’ homes.’

Robyn and Kody have two children together, in addition to the three he legally adopted in June 2015.

The entire Brown family pulled up roots from Las Vegas, Nevada in the summer of 2017, making the 250-mile move east to a much cooler, mountainous Flagstaff, Arizona.

The move was designed to enable Kody to legally adopt Robyn’s three children from her first marriage to David Jessop, after he signed away his parental rights.

But some fans contend the move was Robyn’s way of moving her way into number one position.

Sister Wives premiered in 2010, and recently aired its 13th season on TLC.

The reality show chronicles the lives of polygamist Kody Brown, and his four wives Meri, Janelle, 50, Christine, 47, and Robyn.

The family left their home in Lehi, Utah, in 2011, after believing that the state of Utah was planning to prosecute patriarch Kody for bigamy, a third degree felony which carries a potential 20-year prison sentence, five years for each wife.

In Las Vegas, the Browns built four equally-sized homes on a quiet cul-de-sac, but now they are spread out across the Flagstaff area.

After finding out many rentals in the area did not allow pets, third wife Christine, mother of six, purchased a two-story 2,400 square foot, three-bed, three-bath home for $520,000 in September 2018.

Meanwhile, first wife Meri, mother of one, is currently looking for a new rental home in Flagstaff after the one she leased for over a year went up for sale last month.

The show revealed his plan to build one large compound on the property, but feared his wives wouldn’t agree to the living arrangement, insisting on four separate homes instead.

To date, no ground has been broken in the project and no plans have been filed with the county.

In May, DailyMail.com exclusively reported that Kody Brown was spotted leaving his local gym not wearing a wedding ring.

TLC has yet to confirm there is a new season of Sister Wives in the works, but the purchase of this new home would be an interesting plot line.

‘In the show’s confessionals, Robyn always downplays her power of being the only legal wife. But let’s face it, since the move to Flagstaff, she’s living larger than her fellow Sister Wives, and it appears that she gets the most time with Kody,’ the source added.
