Skye Wheatley ‘could vomit’ as she’s wheeled into surgery for controversial fox eye lift cosmetic procedure in Turkey

Skye Wheatley has been wheeled into the operating theatre after touching down in Turkey for her controversial cosmetic procedure.

The influencer, 30, shared a video to Instagram on Monday as she lay in a hospital bed just moments before her ‘fox eye lift’, which raises the eyes slightly for a cat eye effect.

Skye was dressed in a hospital gown as she smiled at the nurses while they wheeled her into the operating theatre.

‘It’s happening, feel like I could vomit hahaha,’ she captioned the image.

The influencer has been documenting every step of her latest plastic surgery journey on Instagram.

On Sunday, she re-shared a video posted to Instagram by Dr Vasfi Çelik giving an insight into her consultation for her fox eye lift.

In the clip, Skye was all smiles as she was greeted by the plastic surgeon before they took photographs of her profile ahead of the procedure.

They could then be seen looking over her photographs on a computer as Skye gets ready to undergo the cosmetic procedure.

In a caption, Dr Çelik wrote: ‘Exciting Day at the Clinic! Today, I had the pleasure of meeting with the wonderful Skye Wheatley, who travelled all the way from Australia to visit us.

‘We had an engaging consultation regarding her upcoming brow lift surgery. It was great to explore her goals and answer all her questions to ensure she’s confident and prepared for the journey ahead.

‘Here’s to new beginnings and beautiful transformations!’

Skye has been accompanied on her trip to Turkey by her boyfriend Lachlan Waugh and their two children – Forest, five, and Bear, three.

Skye recently said of her travel and surgery plans: ‘I am going to Turkey. I am getting the fox eye lift. It is pretty much a half face lift. The surgery itself is not very invasive.

‘I want the smallest little lift, I don’t want to look crazy, I don’t want my eyebrows to be any higher than they are. I just want a little bit of a lift when my face is relaxed.’

‘I know a few people who have had it and they look amazing,’ she continued.

‘At lot of people watching this don’t know much about surgeries and will think I’m going to look older, that’s fine but I’m still doing it.’

The fox eye thread lift raises the edges of the brows using a dissolvable PDO (polydioxanone) thread, aiming to recreate the look of the surgical fox eye lift without the need for an operation.

Skye also recently detailed her other cosmetic surgery plans, admitting she wants to have liposuction on her inner thighs and arms, but is worried it will look unnatural.

She has undergone a litany of cosmetic procedures over the years, including lip and cheek filler, rhinoplasty and an infamously botched boob job.

She also revealed last June she had invested in getting ‘trapezius slimming’ injections in her shoulders.

She also went under the knife again last year to fix the botched boob job she received in Thailand in 2015.

In April, Skye also had an anti-ageing treatment to remove fine lines and wrinkles around her neck.
