David Cameron was spotted enjoying himself on a beach in Cornwall this weekend flanked by 10 bodyguards.
The former Prime Minister went bodyboarding at Polzeath beach in the north of the county and was seen emerging from his car with a towel in hand.
The 51-year-old, who left Downing Street in 2016, owns a £2million holiday home in the village of Trebetherick, less than a mile from the beach.
Wearing a black polo shirt and shorts, he was seen taking a dip with his children, but without his wife Samantha, 47.

His personal protection officers arrived behind his Range Rover in a motorcade as the ex-Tory leader went to the seaside on his Bank Holiday weekend.
An onlooker said: ‘Mr Cameron had loads of Metropolitan Police Personal protection officers with him on the beach, they must be paid a fortune to look after him.
‘There was 10 of them and they arrived in a motorcade of some sort which is unusual as he was just going to the beach.’
As a former PM he is entitled to police protection.
Mr Cameron frequently went on holiday to Cornwall while in office and his youngest child, Florence, was born there in 2010.
Earlier this month it was revealed he had bought a £25,000 shed for the Cornwall retreat to match the designer hut at his Cotswolds home.
The ex-PM has a wood-burning stove in his Cotswold hut, where he has been writing his memoirs since standing down hours after the Brexit referendum.
