Manolo, whom Sofia welcomed with her first husband and high school sweetheart Joe Gonzalez, is the chef behind the new enterprise.
At the swank new event for TOMA, Sofia, who has described the restaurant as ‘our love letter to Latin food,’ exuded her typical megawatt glamour.
The Modern Family superstar slid into a slinky sheer black ensemble that featured lace accents and emphasized her hourglass figure to full advantage.

Serving up a generous helping of cleavage via her plunging neckline, Sofia accented the look with an elaborate pair of earrings.
Manolo, meanwhile, cut a dapper figure in a blue suit teamed with a white shirt, leaving a couple of top buttons beguilingly undone.
As she continues her recovery from a recent knee surgery, Sofia could be seen holding onto one of her legs while walking across the black carpet.
Although she has not disclosed the reason for the surgery, she did divulge that the procedure was ‘major’ and proved it with a picture of her long post-op scar.
Sofia, who split from her second husband Joe Manganiello last year, is currently romantically involved with orthopedic surgeon Dr. Justin Saliman.
In a recent Insta Story about her surgical recovery, she joked about having a surgeon on hand with her at home amid her medical issues.
‘If u ever get a mayor [sic] knee surgery make sure u Get a handsome doctor who will sleep with u that night!!!!’ she wrote alongside a picture of Justin standing near her bed. ‘Luv u Dr @jdsaliman,’ she added with a heart emoji.
In addition to TOMA, Sofia and Manolo have also been promoting the new cookery competition program Celebrity Family Food Battle.

Manolo is the host of the program, and on each episode he judges two different teams, each comprised of a celebrity and his or her family member.
Sofia and her niece Claudia were one of the duos competing to demonstrate their skills in the kitchen on the premiere episode.
Other competitors on various other episodes include Ashlee Simpson and her sister-in-law Chudney Ross, as well as the TikTok sister act Charli and Dixie D’Amelio.
Sofia’s latest outing comes shortly after she revealed the real reason that she and Joe decided to bring the curtain down on their marriage.
‘My marriage broke up because my husband was younger; he wanted to have kids and I didn’t want to be an old mom,’ she said.
‘I feel it’s not fair to the baby. I respect whoever does it, but that’s not for me anymore,’ she explained to the Madrid newspaper El País.
