Sonia Kruger has listed her luxury mansion for a whopping $18.5million.
The 56-year-old and her TV executive partner Craig McPherson bought the beachside Mosman home for $6.5million in 2015.
Since then, the entertainment power couple have renovated the five-bedroom, four-bathroom house and are asking almost triple what they bought it for.
The renovations, which were interrupted in 2020 by the coronavirus pandemic, included a large scale exterior rendering as well as a complete re-build of their third floor.
The third floor now boasts a wrap around balcony, outdoor kitchen, dining table and lounge area.
The top level originally boasted two smaller balconies and a stunning cathedral ceiling inside, which was knocked down to build their sleek new al-fresco space.
The home also includes a porch with an additional outdoor dining table and lounge on the ground floor terrace, which leads down to the family’s perfectly maintained lawn.
The lavish home also includes a wet-edge infinity pool, a studio, an internal lift, and private guest quarters.

Other highlights include a limestone kitchen with premium Miele induction appliances, and flexible spaces for a gym or media room.
The home also boasts views of Balmoral Beach, a triple garage, and a wine cellar.
But the extensive renovation was not without its troubles for Sonia and partner Craig.

In May 2020, Craig told The Daily Telegraph he regretted starting the renovation but it was ‘too late to go back’.
‘Had [coronavirus] happened before we decided to go ahead… there’s no way we would have done it. It’s possibly the worst time to be doing anything like this.’
‘But we started the process six months ago and it’s too late to go back.’
It was previously estimated that the huge renovation cost the couple $1million.
