After recently sharing the news that she was expecting her third child, Sophie Cachia has given an insight into her busy family routine.
The influencer, 33, took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday to reveal the full routine of getting her children Bobby, nine, and Florence, seven, to various activities.
Sharing an image that showed her posing in front of a mirror wearing a blue track suit and matching blue and white trainers, Sophie captioned the pic with a rundown of her full week.
‘Monday: Floss Dancing til 7pm, Tuesday @ Dads, Wednesday: Coach Flossy’s netball training/get bobby to footy,’ the post began.
She continued: ‘Thursday: Floss Drama til 7pm. Friday: Bobby footy training, Saturday: Coach Floss 8am & 12pm Netball Sunday: Bobby footy anywhere from 8am-12pm.’
The busy mum then ended the post with: ‘…but hey Sophie let’s have another one why don’t you.’
The post was picked up by Instagram account influencer.updates.au, with Amber Paul, who runs the account, admitting she was ‘shocked’ that Sophie would share the information.
‘It shocked me that Sophie has shared her children’s’ weekly schedule on her public stories,’ she wrote.

Sophie, who shares Florence and Bobby with her AFL star ex-husband Jaryd Cachia, revealed on Instagram last Wednesday that she was expecting her third child.
Sophie has now hinted she will be raising her third child as a single parent after responding to a fan’s congratulatory comment on YouTube.

A fan wrote: ‘Love this for you and your family!! You will be fine on your own, already an amazing mama! Congratulations,’ to which Sophie responded with: ‘Thank you so much!!’
Her pregnancy announcement has also sparked peculation surrounding the identity of the father with some suggesting that it might be a friend of hers.

‘After Sophie made her pregnancy announcement, there were a lot of people saying ”who is the father?” and I thought it was fairly obvious it was a sperm donor because of her previous situation with Maddie and how they were going through IVF,’ they said.
Perhaps people were asking who is the father in terms of is it a friend who has donated the sperm,’ they argued. ‘I think people are saying is it Jaryd or is it someone that they know?’
‘She hasn’t confirmed any of this information and it really isn’t anyone’s business,’ the sisters added.
