And Sophie Kasaei admitted that despite her body confidence, she didn’t like the look of her figure during Tuesday night’s episode before revealing plans in her New! column to ‘get healthier and leaner.’
And it looked like the reality star, 27, had already made a head start on her weight loss mission as she displayed her slimmer figure during a night out in Newcastle.

Speaking of her racy antics in her column, which saw her shedding all of her clothes, Sophie revealed: ‘I hated watching Tuesday’s episode, where I got my boobs out. I just look at it and think, “What am I?” I’m so big and I just look so unhappy.’
She talked through her body image desires: ‘I want to get healthier, leaner and generally build some muscle.
‘My weight yo-yoing over the years has left me with excess skin, so I want to tone that up,’ she revealed, before adding she wanted to look like one of those ‘toned Instagram girls.’
And it looked like Sophie was well on her way, as she flashed the results of her two stone weight loss in a cropped Playboy red hoodie and high-waisted PVC trousers for a night out.

Sophie told MailOnline: ‘I’ve been getting negative tweets about my weight for ages now – but nothing as vile as this. I’d almost got used to it and have been able to just blank it out or laugh it off.

‘People have told me I’m fat and disgusting and don’t deserve to have a hot boyfriend, but when I got this tweet, it made my blood run cold. I was in shock then burst into floods of tears.
‘I am actually terrified that there are people out there who could even think this, let alone write it and send it to me.’
Sophie said that her boyfriend – DJ Joel Corry who is also a champion bodybuilder – has also had abuse directed at him over his girlfriend’s weight.
‘People have shouted stuff at him when he’s DJ-ing about me. He won’t say what they said, but I know it’s bad and it upsets him’, she confessed.
