The blonde bombshell made the shock confession during a racy interview with 2Day FM’s breakfast show Hughesy, Ed & Erin on Thursday.

The Love Island host, 42, said she could never take back a man who had bedded another woman after her because she would fear he would compare their performance in the bedroom.

Sophie Monk, 42, made a very surprising sex confession on Thursday, saying she is ‘not great’ in bed during an interview with 2Day FM’s breakfast show Hughesy, Ed & Erin

‘I don’t want to think about them with another chick, what if she’s hotter? Better in bed? Because I’m not great in bed anyway,’ Sophie said.

A perplexed Erin asked Sophie if she genuinely thought that, to which Sophie replied, ”Yeah, I have figured it out. Because a lot of people say ”Oh my god, I burnt so many calories last night” but I feel like I put on weight during sex.’

‘I just lay there and get flipped around like a bit of a doll. I enjoy it like a massage,’ she added.

She then said when one of her ex-boyfriends asked her to ‘change it up’ she thought he meant him ‘going into the spare room.’

Sophie was seen doing the media rounds earlier in the day ahead of the premiere of the new season of Beauty and the Geek.

‘We are working towards that and if it happens it would be incredible, but if it doesn’t then that’s just not meant to be,’ she said.

‘That’s the only way you can look at it. I’m a big believer that everything happens for a reason,’ she added.

Sophie said she and robotics consultant Joshua, 41, were ‘definitely trying’.

Sophie has previously said the pair both want children one day.

The couple eloped at their home on the NSW Central Coast in March, which came as a surprise to fans as they had not announced a wedding date.

It was an intimate affair with no guests in attendance.

‘We figured, if you don’t invite one person, then no one could get upset,’ Sophie told Stellar magazine at the time.

The pair pulled the whole wedding together in ‘two or three weeks’ and admitted they didn’t have a honeymoon planned.

Sophie announced she was newly married on Instagram on April 2, sharing a series of photos from the pair’s private wedding day.
