Sophie Monk and her husband Joshua Gross share images from their belated honeymoon… two years after marrying in a low-key ceremony

Two years after eloping, Sophie Monk and husband Joshua Gross are finally enjoying their honeymoon.

The Love Island Australia host, 44, and her beau, 43, exchanged vows at their Central Coast, NSW home in March of 2022, with no invited guests.

And the pair have finally travelled to Thailand to celebrate their nuptials.

Taking to Instagram over the weekend, Josh shared several videos of the couples honeymoon adventures.

‘Let the Honeymoon begin. Better late than never,’ Josh captioned one post.

The couple were seen getting cosy as they boarded their overseas flights to Thailand.

The pair then took in the sights of the Asian country as they explored the Wat Pho temple, Bangkok rivers and local eateries.

In the weeks following their intimate 2022 wedding, the bride and groom appeared on the cover of Stellar Magazine and discussed the secret ceremony.

Sophie called the intimate wedding, ‘so beautiful and relaxed.’

Joshua agreed: ‘We woke up together and it’s been a dream. When I’m with her, it’s just smooth. I couldn’t be happier.’

Sophie says she chose to have a wedding at home to keep things ‘stress-free’ while Joshua calls their private home ‘our sanctuary’ and he was glad to make wedding memories that will last a lifetime there.

Another reason they chose to have a wedding on their own – Sophie was happy to keep the guest list to a bare minimum.

‘We figured, if you don’t invite one person, then no-one could get upset,’ she told Stellar.

The pair pulled the whole wedding together in ‘two or three weeks’.

The couple first met on a flight from Europe to Australia in August 2018, and shared a kiss after enjoying ‘three champagnes’ in business class.
