And with her former heartbreak well in the past, Sophie Monk, 37, has dished out some advice for her lovelorn female fans, telling them not to ignore the signs of cheating.
Speaking to Mamamia in a Facebook Live interview this Thursday, the blonde bombshell explained that she believes the idiom ‘once a cheater always a cheater’ always rings true.

‘People change if they want to, but I think if you’ve got that in you, to let someone down, you haven’t got that guilt button do you?’ she explained.
When quizzed on whether she has ever stayed with a man after they cheated on her, Sophie admitted: ‘Yeah, for a little bit but it will never work. Because trust won’t be there. You’ll just be insecure.’
‘And you can feel it, intuition. You just know. You know something’s up and you’ve got to trust it. I ignored it a lot but I shouldn’t have,’ she sighed.

‘You know red flags, but I feel with women with friends they act on it. But with relationships they ignore it on purpose. You know, if your gut’s got some uncomfortable feeling it’s a woman’s intuition,’ she said.

The actress was being interviewed in LA by Kyle Sandilands when she dropped the bombshell, saying: ‘I rock up in the morning with a coffee and presents and he had a present there – a chick.’
The Date Movie star said she started shaking after catching him out and drove off, before turning back to confront John and the other woman.
‘I walked back in and went, ‘What’s going on?’ and actually had a conversation. I spoke to the girl. She was in shock. I didn’t know her. She was innocent,’ she said.
Weeks after announcing the split, Sophie was spotted holding hands with John, prompting speculation that the pair had rekindled their romance.
