Sophie Monk reveals her day on a plate

She’s known for her incredible figure and sure knows how to work a bikini.

And Sophie Monk has revealed that she likes to indulge on her cheat days.

The 37-year-old former Bachelorette star revealed her day on a plate and says that when she has a cheat day, she eats three pizzas and vanilla ice cream, either with Milo or Frosted Flakes on top.

‘If you’re gonna kiss it, f**k it,’ Sophie told News.com.au.

Sophie said her cheat days typically occur every three days, where she suffers a ‘blow out.’

‘I used to run an hour a day and now I don’t have time. If I have to go to the gym I wouldn’t sleep,’ she said, adding she dances around with friends for exercise.

On her good days, Sophie says she eats egg whites with avocado, salmon, mushroom and tomato and has fish for lunch, and a rice poke bowl for dinner, or three.

Sophie – who is the new host of upcoming show, Love Island – told OK! this week about her relationship with Bachelorette winner and millionaire publican, Stu Laundy.

The show is filmed in Spain and Sophie spoke about eloping there with Stu.

‘Oh gosh he’s still got to get divorced yet!’ she said of her beau, who is currently estranged from his wife Rachel.

Sophie added that it was ‘too early’ to discuss marriage plans.

‘In think it’s too early. I think rushing it can ruin it. There’s no rush and that’s what I’ve done in the past [rushed into an engagement] and learnt not to now,’ Sophie confirmed.

In a previous interview with Woman’s Day, Sophie described the couple’s dream nuptials.

‘I’d prefer to elope rather than stay in Australia,’ Sophie told the magazine.

She added: ‘I’d want it to be low-key. I just want everyone to have a big party and enjoy themselves. Everyday is like a performance for me due to my job- I just want to relax and have a good time’.
