The 37-year-old certainly turned heads in a plunging tuxedo-style mini dress as she attended the event with her Bachelorette beau, Stu Laundy.
She teamed the attire with Saint Laurent platform heels and a black velvet bejewelled handbag.
Meanwhile, Sophie and Stu were quick to shut down their detractors as they made their red carpet debut at the ARIA Awards this Tuesday.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia at the exclusive event, Sophie assured fans that she and the wealthy publican are still an item despite how their relationship may seem to on its surface.
‘I’ve met half his family, but we’re so busy. I’m always working, so it looks like we’re not together but I’m in Melbourne… everywhere,’ she explained.

‘If we try too hard, we look like we’re trying too hard. If you don’t, well you can’t win. You’ve just got to go with it, it’s a big game. Just entertainment.’ Sophie said.
Sophie also revealed that the pair are now planning to celebrate Christmas together.
Earlier in the night, fans of the couple were sent into meltdown when the official ARIA Awards Instagram page referred to them as ‘newlyweds’.
The bizarre post featured a snap of the couple on the red carpet with the caption: ‘The newlyweds @sophiemonk and @stulaundy44 stopping for a quick snap on The 2017 #ARIAs Red Carpet Presented by @swarovski’.

On Monday Sophie nearly crumbled under pressure during a very awkward chat about her relationship on The Kyle & Jackie O Show.
‘We are together, we’re just not good at public PDA! He doesn’t want to be famous,’ she confessed.
‘I don’t think we can win at this point! You just have to live life and enjoy it,’ she added.
