He’s the Sydney multi-million dollar pub heir who’s rumoured to have won Sophie Monk’s heart on The Bachelorette.
But on Sunday, it was revealed eligible bachelor Stu Laundy is still married.
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, the 44-year-old confirmed that he is still finalising his divorce with his wife Rachel, with whom he separated four years ago.

‘I prefer being married, absolutely,’ he said.
‘(Divorce) wasn’t my decision. But any chance of reconciling is pretty-much over I would say.’
‘And that’s basically why the divorce has taken so long. I really wanted to work it out,’ he continued.

And with friends of the pair calling Stu and his estranged wife’s current relations as ‘amicable’, earlier in year, the father-of-four confirmed he did still have access to his children.

Speaking candidly about the last few years since his separation, he took full ownership of his ‘partyboy’ name and antics.
‘I had a couple of throw away years which people do after separation and divorce,’ he said.
‘All my friends wanted me to hook up with someone. I never said now. Sometimes it was like Tinder. It was two or three dates a week. It was a vicious cycle I was in for two years.’
Stu is set to make his appearance on Ten’s The Bachelorette on Wednesday.
