South Australia reports big Covid case spike with 2093 cases but just four patients in ICU – and two aged care home residents dying from the virus


South Australia has reported 2093 new Covid infections overnight plus the deaths of two aged care residents.

Some 44 residents are in hospital with just four patients in the intensive care unit, each in a stable condition, Premier Steven Marshall said on Friday.
