The Premier League returns this evening after the FA Cup third round as Southampton and Brentford lock horns at St Mary’s.
Just two points separate the two sides with the Bees sitting ahead of Southampton in 12th but a win for the Saints will see them leapfrog Brentford and Aston Villa.
The fixture was due to be played on December 18 at 3pm but was postponed at the request of Brentford following a Covid-19 outbreak in the squad.
