The duo, who were part of the show The Hills, announced their son was born at 3:06 pm on Sunday, weighing 6 pounds, 12 ounces and 19 inches long.
According to The Sun, Spencer hopes his son marries Kylie Jenner’s daughter.
He said to the website: ‘No matter what Kylie’s baby is, boy or girl, if my son loved either one, I’d completely support him and give him my blessing to marry them.’
