Sports Illustrated model Georgia Gibbs shares her go-to meals and secrets to a shredded physique

Sports Illustrated model Georgia Gibbs works hard for the incredibly toned body she has, but she doesn’t believe in restricting herself.

The 23-year-old blonde answered a candid Q&A with her 594,000 Instagram followers and opened up about the power of moderation and the exercise she can do just about anywhere.

In a typical day the glamazon steers clear of coffee – she has managed to limit them to a ‘few times a week’ – and stays hydrated by drinking herbal teas.

‘I can do it anywhere a mat fits, weightless equipment and minimal time needed! For all of you busy women on the go,’ she said.

She’ll perform 25 reps of all eight exercises – which include leans backs, the bridge, leg splits and crab openers – to feel the burn in just under 15 minutes.

‘If I have time I repeat this two or three times. Challenge yourself!’ She posted in the caption alongside the video.
