A Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model has opened up the doors to her stunning New York City apartment that costs her a whopping $17,000 a month.
Haley Kalil, 30, gave TikTok star Caleb Simpson a tour of her 2,500-square-foot SoHo apartment, which she said had the ‘wow factor.’
The model’s expansive pre-war apartment features three bathrooms, two bedrooms, and ‘about 30 windows’ that allow the natural light to flow in.
In the clip, which has garnered more than 1.6 million views, Haley explained that the building she lived in used to be an ‘office space’ before it was converted to her dream home.

She began by showing off one of her favorite parts of the home: her mud room.
‘I’m from Minnesota, so this is the mud room, which is hard to find. In New York City, there’s never a mud room,’ she explained while she showed off the entryway, which was meant for storage of messy shoes before entering the heart of the home.
Prior to walking into the model’s stunning apartment, you are met with large, sparkling glass doors.
Speaking about the doors, she said: ‘This was the only apartment that still had these.’
Beginning with the room that ‘sold her on the entire place,’ Haley boasted about her living room that featured an oculus window that allowed sunshine to beam all throughout the space.
‘I went and saw so many apartments and I would walk in and be like “eh,”‘ she said.
In addition to a circular window, Haley’s living room featured neutral colors that showed off her minimalistic, yet sophisticated, style.
Next up, the YouTuber and model showed off the entertainment space, which featured a large TV on the ‘old cargo elevator doors.’

Although Haley kept most of the decorations in her space simple, she did make sure each area of her room had something Marvel-inspired.
‘I’ve always kind of had a weird obsession with comics. I was a huge nerd growing up,’ she said.
‘I got all these vintage comic books and framed them myself and all of my statues, which are my prized possessions, it’s like grown-up action figures,’ she said.
Next up, Haley showed off her wind-down space that featured two small chairs that sat in front of a window.
She explained that the area was where she liked to sit when she was ‘charging my phone.’
Moving onto the bathrooms, Haley said that having three bathrooms was a ‘necessity’ for her.
‘I hate when you go over to somebody’s house and you need to go to the bathroom and then they only have one, and you’re like “I can’t do this,”‘ she said.
The first bathroom, which was the guest bathroom, featured a stunning shower, which Haley revealed she ‘washes the dogs’ in, with a grey backsplash and three shower heads.
The second bathroom, or the ‘manly bathroom’ as Haley called it, featured matching beige floors and walls.
It came complete with a shower and tub in one, and a beige textured backsplash.
Before heading to the kitchen, the model revealed her in-unit laundry, which she said wasn’t working at the time.

Haley has plenty of cabinet space in her kitchen. When Caleb opened up one of the cabinets, he saw many boxes of Celsius energy drinks, which the model joked she wouldn’t talk about.
Then, Haley displayed her studio space, which featured a small dining table, however she said she moved it when she needed to film.
Haley added that one of her favorite parts of the home was the amount of windows and how tall her ceiling were.
Although she said she wasn’t sure of the exact height of her ceilings or how many windows she had, she explained that because her building is ‘pre-war, they only had so much space to work with because they used to be offices.’
Then she showed off her guest bedroom, which was much smaller than the rest of the home and featured a white and grey color palette.

‘Back in the day I was working as a scientist in an immunology lab, and then after that I was scouted for modeling, so I worked with a bunch of cool brands, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit is the one that I’m most known for,’ she said.

‘My first apartment was a studio apartment, the bathroom you couldn’t even turn around in, it was so small,’ she said.
‘It didn’t have a mirror in the bathroom, it just had this little tiny standing mirror by the front door.
‘And the bed was the couch, so it would fold into the bed. It worked, I would spend all of my time outside anyways, so it’s like I never even had to be in my apartment.’
