A spectacular mansion made famous in the first season of Underbelly, starring Vince Colosimo, is set to go under the hammer with an eye-watering price guide of $7.8-$8.58million.

Located in Moonee Ponds, one of Melbourne’s most sought after postcodes, the sprawling pad known as Rosina boasts 16 rooms.

Built in 1888, the luxurious heritage estate features five-bedrooms, three-bathrooms and expansive landscaped gardens.

Designed in an ‘Italianate’ style, the home is known for its distinctive triple-story tower which was demolished in 1935 and rebuilt in 2001 reports the Herald Sun.

A delightful mix of the ultra-modern and Old Word elegance, the home has had extensive renovations over the decades that have carefully retained its original features.
