Stacey Solomon poses with her rarely seen sister Samantha Stone after the personal trainer has to ‘drag her out of bed’ for a sibling workout

Stacey Solomon took to her Instagram on Sunday to share a snap with her rarely seen sister Samantha Stone.

The former X Factor star, 33, posed alongside her sibling, with their arms around each other in their workout gear.

While Stacey’s sister Jemma regularly appears on the presenter’s social media channels and even has her own book, Samantha prefers a life away from the spotlight. 

But Stacey has recently turned to Samantha, who is a personal trainer, for help with her new exercise regime. 

She captioned the snap: ‘Happy Sunday everyone. Nearly three months ago I decided to dust the cobwebs off of Joes gym stuff in the shed and give it a go & I’m so proud I haven’t given up.

‘Grateful for my sister who still has to drag me out of bed at 6am on a Sunday @samantha.stone1.’

She added: ‘I love you as much as I hate you at this point Sam’ followed by laughing emojis.

Samantha is married to Aaron Stone, a TV producer for Gogglebox, and the pair are parents to daughter Poppy and son Axel.

Last month, Stacey shared a video of her Samantha to her followers and explained that her sister doesn’t like being on camera. 

She said: ‘I promised I’d introduce my other sister to you and Samantha Stone did not love this! 

‘She’s the funniest and craziest of all of us. But is the most camera shy person I know.’

Stacey previously spoke about her family dynamic when talking about Samantha. 

She said: ‘Loads of you were like, “I did not know you had another sister, where have you been hiding her?”

‘She’s actually my step-sister but I would never call her that because we grew up together, so she’s my sister.’

Stacey went on to explain the dynamics of her huge family, saying: ‘All together there’s like seven of us. 

‘We were a really big blended family. So I’ve got one step-sister, two step-brothers, my brother and sister and then my dad and step-mum had another baby so I’ve got another half-brother.

‘I call them all my brothers and sisters. I would never call them ‘steps’ just because it feels weird because we grew up like brothers and sisters.’
