NSW hero Brian To’o has surprised a plane full of footy fans after he was pictured returning to Sydney after the Blues’ historic 14-4 win in the State of Origin decider wearing his Blues playing gear.

The 25-year-old Panthers winger had an outstanding series and partied into the night with his Blues teammates after the instant classic match.

To’o was then spotted on Thursday morning boarding a flight back to Sydney still wearing his full playing strip, plus a NSW beanie.

Many footy fans on social media loved his fashion choice.

‘How can you not love Bizza,’ wrote one fan.

‘Bizza can do what Bizza wants,’ replied another.

‘Power move,’ said a third.

However, not everybody was on board with the idea.

‘Imagine the smell. Full game plus all night bender. Would suck sitting next to him,’ posted a fan.

On Thursday morning, To’o was hit with a grade-two contrary conduct charge for his role in the all-in brawl in the 31st minute.

He has been fined 13 percent of his match fee, but the charge won’t impact his club record.

Jeremiah Nanai, Reuben Cotter and Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow were also each hit with $6000 fines for their involvement in the scuffle.

Blues 18th man Matt Burton and prop Payne Haas, who were both on the NSW bench, were fined $3000 each for running in, as was Felise Kaufusi from the Maroons’ interchange.

NSW’s Haumole Olakau’atu and Cameron Murray copped grade-three contrary conduct charges.

The pair will each be able to accept two-game bans after they ran from the NSW bench to join the fracas.

If they contest the suspensions and lose, the bans will extend to three matches in a bittersweet follow up to the Blues’ 14-4 win.
