Stevie Wonder’s luxurious former mansion overlooking Los Angeles hits the market for $11 MILLION

Stevie Wonder’s luxurious former mansion overlooking Los Angeles is set to become the sunshine of someone else’s life after hitting the market for a dollar shy of $11 million.

The legendary musician, 72, leased the gated home in Beverly Hills’ ritzy Trousdale Estates neighborhood from 2011 to 2015 — and he was definitely on higher ground.

Located in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains, the property offers sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean from nearly every corner along with its 90210 zip code.

Built in the 1970s, the 6,217-square-foot mansion at 600 Clinton Place boasts four bedrooms and eight bathrooms featuring Hollywood Regency-style touches throughout.

The exterior is described as being both ‘modern’ and ‘regal’ with pristine front yard landscaping leading to the front door.

The inside of the mansion features high ceilings, white walls, and wood floors, making it the perfect minimalist canvas for whoever moves in.

And (unless it is cloudy) the California sunshine is always on view thanks to the home’s many windows and glass doors.

The spacious living room has a double-sided fireplace that residents can curl up next to on chilly nights while still enjoying the view of the backyard from the sliding doors.

Meanwhile, the newly-renovated primary bedroom is fit for a king, or the very least a famous singer, with dual walk-in closets and an ensuite bathroom.

The chef’s kitchen offers plenty of cabinet space and is perfect for entertaining thanks to its stainless-steel appliances, including a double oven, an island-set stovetop, and a dishwasher.

The formal dining area sits adjacent to the kitchen, which also has views of the spectacular backyard.

Step outside, and you are met with incredible views of the city.

There is also a covered patio with recessed lighting and stone flooring that faces an oval-shaped pool.

Other lavish amenities include a fitness center, an office, and a four-car garage.

Sitting on just under half an acre, the property is listed with Holland Ashrafnia, Aleks Lipovic, and Kyle Siwik of the H Group at AKG at $10.99 million.

And while it’s been nearly a decade since Wonder lived in the mansion, you can still feel his presence —at least according to the listing agent.

‘The walls in this home hold so much history from the “Wonder” days and I had a feeling when I walked this home that if these walls could talk, you might hear Wonder and Quincy Jones re-living their 1972 You’ve Got It Bad album days,’ Ashrafnia told Christie’s in a statement.
