Stormy Daniels and her third husband are calling it quits.
‘My client Stormy Daniels and her husband Glen have decided to end their marriage,’ said Daniels’ lawyer Michael Avenatti on Twitter.
‘A petition for divorce was filed last week, the accuracy of which is vehemently disputed. Stormy’s daughter remains her number one priority. She kindly asks for privacy for the sake of her family.’
Daniels, 39, who was born Stephanie Clifford married Glendon Crain, 41, who appears in pornographic films as Brendon Miller, in 2010.
She gave birth to a daughter the following year.
Documents obtained by DailyMail.com reveal that it was Crain who filed for divorce on July 18, while also asking that a judge grant him a restraining order against his estranged wife.
The hearing in that matter will take place next week.
The couple are also being sued in the same county by an event company, who also filed court papers last week.

Reports that Daniels and Crain had split first began to circulate after her arrest in Ohio earlier this month.
In the police report Daniels’ filled out that night in Columbus, she responded to a question asking if she was married by responding in the negative.
Avenatti shot down that claim at the time, saying his client was in fact still married.
Ten days later, he said that Daniels and Crain were calling it quits.
Daniels and her husband were reportedly seen together in March as she partied with some friends at a local Tex-Mex joint near her Dallas home.
The porn star looked to be in high spirits in photos obtained by DailyMail.com just hours after it was revealed that a staggering 22 million viewers had tuned in to hear her discuss her relationship with President Donald Trump.
That marked the biggest audience the program had recorded in a decade, and far eclipsed the number of viewers President Trump got when he sat down with Lesley Stahl in 2016 just after he defeated Hillary Clinton.
Crain could not be seen in the photos taken outside the restaurant however, just before the group went off on their separate ways after the meal.
Earlier that week, millions listened to Stormy detail how she allegedly spanked and had sex with President Trump back in 2006 while at a golf tournament in Lake Tahoe.
Daniels also said she was threatened by that man to keep silent about her alleged sexual encounter on Sunday.
The porn star claimed that an unidentified man in Las Vegas told her to keep quiet about her alleged relationship with Trump, an incident that she said happened while she was with her young daughter.
She said in the interview that she had one encounter of consensual sex with the future president.
‘He knows I’m telling the truth,’ said Daniels, whose legal name is Stephanie Clifford.
She did not allege however that she was coerced into the encounter with the real estate scion, saying, ‘This is not a Me too. I was not a victim.’
The adult film actress provided little new evidence of her alleged 2006 affair with Trump but said she faced intimidation tactics aimed at ensuring her silence in 2011.
Daniels said that in the incident, in a parking lot, the man told her: ‘Leave Trump alone. Forget the story.’
She claimed he then looked at her daughter and added: ‘That’s a beautiful little girl. It’d be a shame if something happened to her mom.’
Daniels received a $130,000 payment days before the 2016 presidential election for her silence and has sought to invalidate that agreement in recent weeks.
