Stu and Jarrod bare their souls in Bachelorette finale

On Thursday night’s episode of The Bachelorette, one lucky suitor will leave with Sophie Monk while the other has their heart shattered on national TV.

And in an explosive sneak peek of the finale released on Wednesday night, Stu Laundy and Jarrod Woodgate are baring their soul in their final attempts to woo the 37-year-old star.

But it won’t be a smooth ride to the finish line for either of the men, with Sophie’s family tagging along to Fiji to give the boys a grilling ahead of her big decision.

Final countdown! A preview of The Bachelorette finale released on Wednesday night shows suitors Stu Laundy and Jarrod Woodgate baring their soul in a last-ditch attempt to win over Sophie Monk (pictured) in Fiji

With the idyllic island paradise acting as backdrop, Sophie’s loved ones don’t hold back when it comes to matters of the heart.

In one dramatic scene, Sophie’s sister Lucy pulls no punches when questioning millionaire publican Stu about his alleged partying and womanising past.

‘I have read that you’re meant to be the playboy,’ she tells a worried-looking Stu.

She later explains to producers: ‘Trust is something that needs to be earned.’

The former Bardot singer’s mum Sandi also has a vested interest in Sophie’s love life.

‘I do worry about Soph. It’s important to me that she finds someone who loves her,’ she explains.

However, it doesn’t look as though there is a shortage of strong feelings among the final two suitors and it’s vineyard owner Jarrod who tells Sandi straight up: ‘I definitely love your daughter’.

Jarrod is not shy when it comes to expressing his feelings for the blonde beauty.

‘The way I feel for you, I’ve never felt for anybody else. I just want to live a life with you,’ he informs her.

Doubling down, he says on camera: ‘Sophie’s always in my heart, I definitely know I’ve met the love of my life.’

Stu is just as smitten, admitting, ‘I want Soph more than anything I’ve ever wanted. I feel life will be more complete with Soph by my side.’

Donning a stunning gold gown, Sophie also is set to confess she’s made up her mind about who to spend her life with.

‘I’ve waited my whole life for this moment. I have fallen head over heels in love.’ she says.
