Stu Laundy wants Sophie Monk back after alleged split

He is the favourite to win Sophie Monk’s heart on The Bachelorette.

And while a recent report claimed Stu Laundy and Sophie ‘broke up’ straight after filming finished, it appears the millionaire publican is trying to win her back.

The 44-year-old made an ’emergency trip’ to Queensland to patch things up with Sophie, 37, and ‘beg for her forgiveness’, according to New Idea.

The magazine reported the father of four was spotted in the lobby of a Gold Coast hotel late last week, as he sat and ‘swiped through images of the former couple’.

He allegedly ‘looked absolutely devastated’ after rumours surfaced Sophie broke things off with him immediately after the season finished filming.

‘He looked like a broken man and he didn’t seem to care in the slightest that everyone could see what he was doing on his phone,’ an ‘onlooker’ expressed.

Reported ‘insiders’ from The Bachelorette camp told the publication Stu’s trip to Sophie’s home was a ‘last-ditch effort’ to keep their relationship together.
