* Eat diet rich in wholefoods and make sure each plate contains fruit, veg, complex carbs, lean protein and healthy fats

Siriwan also focused on a healthy diet filled with plenty of wholefoods, such as leafy greens like spinach and lean protein in the form of tofu and chicken.

She supplements her diet with triple Omega 3 fish oil supplements, and also makes sure to ‘eat the rainbow’ so that every plate is colourful and filled with fruit, veg, complex carbohydrates, healthy fat and protein.

‘I strongly recommend people also focus on their diet and how much exercise they get,’ Siriwan said.

‘Even a workout or walk just twice a week can help.’
