- One particular corner in London was causing chaos for commuters today
- It is believed that 30 people fell victim to the slippery patch of ice in ten minutes

This icy corner claimed many Londoner’s dignity during rush hour this morning.
A resident of the central London area caught the moment commuters fell as they turned the slippery corner opposite his house.
The cameraman, who wished to remain unnamed, told MailOnline that although he only caught some of the slips on video he believes around 30 people fell in ten minutes.
He said: ‘I just woke up and heard lots of thuds, then I looked out the window and realised what was going on.
‘Some people looked like they weren’t paying attention and others must have just been in slippy shoes – every other person that turned the corner fell over.
‘It was like a Pret graveyard down there, people kept spilling their morning coffee as they hit the ground.’

The resident of the central London area took videos for social media of the hapless commuters slipping as they turned the corner
The onlooker said it was like a ‘Pret graveyard’ as commuters spilled their morning coffee as they keeled over on the slippery snow surface
Although he saw the funny side of the dramatic falls, the man filming from his window was concerned that someone would end up injuring themselves.
He said: ‘We called the council to come and grit the area but when we couldn’t get through to the right people we went out and blocked the corner with bin bags and went to find some grit.
‘I was worried that an elderly person would end up harming themselves.’
He added that nobody seemed injured from their fall, apart from their pride.
