The new Superman is here.
On Monday morning a first look at actor David Corenswet as Superman from DC Studios was shared in a quick shimmering clip.
He was seen looking up as he wore his tight blue suit with a red S stamped on front. Behind him were a rainbow of colors. The tag line is, ‘Look up.’
This is the very first official look at David as the hero who has been played before by Christopher Reeve and Henry Cavill.
Fans went wild for the first look as they commented on the visuals.
The movie from director James Gunn will debut on July 11, 2025.

‘This is going to be beautiful. I can’t wait for the trailer hopefully coming soon and the movie,’ added another.
‘My dear brother James Gunn, this poster makes me feel like I’m flying with Superman. What a great job! I’m very happy and incredibly proud of you. You’ve been working so hard, and you did it! The beautiful music behind it gave me goosebumps when I saw it,’ it was noted.
‘I’m literally crying. Is that a taste of @johnmurphycomposer score? If it is, I’m gonna be a wreck,’ it was shared.
‘Rad. Can’t wait. And I love the tag line, I used to look up a lot but have noticed that hasn’t been the case lately, so this is a good reminder to look up again,’ a fan noted.

‘YESSSSSSS!!! DAVID IS OUR SUPERMAN! LETS GOO,’ it was remarked.
