But swimmer Emma McKeon has a new feather in her cap as she has just been named an ambassador for French high fashion house Dior.
‘Dior is delighted to welcome Australian swimming champion Emma McKeon as one of its ambassadors for the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024,’ a statement from Dior read on Monday.
‘A virtuoso partnership that is a natural reflection of Dior’s fascination with the values of sport, such as discipline, perseverance, and respect, but above all the desire to stretch, ever further, the limits of intrepid excellence,’ it continued.

It comes after news that Emma’s singer-turned-swimmer love is ready to take the next step in their blossoming relationship.
The singer-turned-swimming star, 27, is going for gold at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games in a few months’ time, but is also planning on proposing to his fellow champion girlfriend.
According to reports, Simpson has his sights set on asking for McKeon’s hand in marriage in the City of Love.
‘What better place than Paris to get down on bended knee and propose?’ a source told New Idea magazine.

The source added that Simpson is likely to pop the question ‘on the banks of the Seine once the competition is over’.
Simpson is hoping to qualify for a spot on the Australian swimming team, while McKeon, 29, is an eight-time world record holder and one of Australia’s most decorated Olympians.
She boasts a whopping 11 Olympic medals from her career.

Last month, Simpson made a stunning confession about his future with McKeon, explaining that he and his superstar girlfriend will be entering unfamiliar territory after the 2024 Olympics in July.
‘I’ve purposefully put a brick wall on either side of it, in that I will address it when it comes,’ he told News Corp.
‘But never once in my life have I not known what is next. Emma has never had life without swimming.
‘I know what it is like, but she has never had it, so I’m excited for her to explore her other interests and have the time to do that because she has never had it as a kid.’
‘I’m very fortunate to be someone who has a lot of things on the other side to look forward to regardless and another passion and career entirely that I am able to pursue again depending on what I decide on out of the pool.
‘I don’t know what I’ll do yet, but I’ll make that decision later this year.’
