The former Gogglebox star, 30, took to Instagram on Wednesday evening to encourage her followers to not ‘let your mind bully your body.’

Scarlett looked thrilled in the photograph, which showed her with a luminous yellow life belt wrapped around her waist.
The reality star’s arms were reached out wide, and she had one one flipper on her right foot, while the other fell off mid-jump.
Scarlett wrote: ‘Don’t let your mind bully your body. Don’t ever worry so much about your physical appearance that you let it stop you doing something you love or from having fun or from seeing friends or family or trying to find love.
‘Don’t think aww I’ll do that once I look a certain way. Because YOU my friend are bl**dy PERFECT just as you are RIGHT NOW.’

Scarlett wrote in her caption: ‘Was trying to think of a sentimental caption for this but in reality this was the funnest boat trip ever, we drank lots of rum punch, made some friends, watched the sunset and ate bacon on a stick.
