The couple sold the 1880s built Paddington home last week after it was originally listed for $7,750,000.
Located 3km from the CBD, the price guide on the four-bedroom, four-bathroom pad was later revised to $8.5million just prior to auction.
Chambers bought the property in 2017 for $5.4million reports The Daily Telegraph.

Model Natasha, whose A Bikini A Day blog morphed into her own swimwear range, debuted on the Financial Review Young Rich List last year at number 71.
The 33-year-old has 3.6 million Instagram followers and an estimated net worth of $63million thanks to her Monday Swimwear brand and online fitness program, The Pilates Class.
