The 21-year-old was charged with resisting arrest and assaulting police over the incident and denied bail in Parramatta Magistrates Court on Saturday.

Police alleged he became aggressive and threw a punch at one of the officers, which led to his dramatic arrest
Police spotted him in a Holden Commodore which then ‘sped off’ before they pulled it over on the corner of Riverside Drive and Boonoke Place.
Wiles was allegedly in breach of his bail conditions, but his pregnant girlfriend Jayde Bugatto said he and a friend were there to drive her to a doctor’s appointment.
The young man was ordered out of the passenger seat and police alleged he became aggressive and threw a punch at one of the officers.
He then allegedly resisted arrest and kicked out at one of the officers as they grappled with him and wrestled him to the ground.
Wiles has previously taunted police on Facebook, including posting a photo of himself reclining against a police car

Other officers argued with Wiles’ family and friends during the course of the arrest and police were heard swearing at him while he was on the ground.
A female voice could be heard shouting: ‘You didn’t have to throw him like that.’
The dramatic arrest was caught on camera by witnesses and posted online on Friday, but didn’t show the lead-up to the arrest.
Wiles’ mother Cheree Frank said her son had ongoing issues with certain police officers in the area and the level of force wasn’t justified.
‘I want all these coppers charged, the lot,’ she told Seven News outside court on Saturday.

‘He gets picked on no matter where he goes, they tell him they’re going to kick his a**e, kick his teeth in,’ he said.
‘The officer even says on the footage ‘I’m going to kick your f**king face in’, it’s ridiculous.
‘He’s not a good kid, but he works hard six days a week and pays his taxes. He needs to pay for what he’s done, but in this case he’s done nothing.’

His girlfriend Jayde Bugatto (R), who is six weeks pregnant, said the officers could have killed or seriously injured Wiles (L) in the violent arrest
Mr Wiles claimed his son was earlier roughly arrested in similar fashion on his parents’ doorstop at 3am, and their complaints were ‘laughed at’ by senior police.
‘They’ve actually smashed his kneecap once before. We’ve got a bone fragment at home from where his knee was smashed in,’ he said.
‘Get him (the police officer) and my son in my front yard with no badge on and see how it goes.’
