Sydney Sweeney promoted the release of her upcoming film Immaculate by sharing a photo and a video on her Instagram account on Sunday.
In her clip, the 26-year-old actress’ face and hands were covered in fake blood as she worked on the feature.
The actions of the star of The White Lotus – whose Instagram account was recently hijacked by Conor McGregor – appeared to have greatly amused her friends, who laughed heartily as they shot the video.
Sweeney also included a photo that showed her posing in front of several promotional installations for the feature that had been put up in Hollywood.
The performer kept it casual in a white jacket and a matching crop top, which were paired with cream-colored jeans and dual-tone sandals as she posed for the snap.

Development on Immaculate was revealed to the public in October of 2022, when the Euphoria actress was first attached to the project.
In addition to starring in the movie, Sweeney, as well as her fiance Jonathan Davino, served as two of its producers.
The Michael Mohan-directed feature is centered on a woman who takes on a role at an Italian convent and subsequently discovers dark secrets in her new home.
The cast of the film was rounded out by performers such as Alvaro Morte, Giorgio Colangeli and Simona Tabasco.
Physical production on the project took place in Rome, and its crew wrapped in February of last year.
Immaculate’s world premiere took place last Tuesday during the South By Southwest festival in Austin, Texas.
The feature has received mixed to positive reviews from critics, and it currently holds a rating of 67% on Rotten Tomatoes.
Sweeney recently spoke to The Hollywood Reporter and recalled that many of her Euphoria fans had requested that she try her hand at the horror genre.

She stated: ‘I already had the script so I was really excited to see everybody’s reactions to Euphoria season two and everybody being like, “A horror film! Give us a horror film!” I was like, “Just you wait!”‘
The performer also spoke about choosing between acting and producing projects.
‘It depends on what comes to me and what I find and I want to chase. I want to produce stuff that I’m not in that I can give storytelling to others, and just truly depends on the story,’ she stated.
Immaculate’s wide release is currently scheduled to take place on March 22.
