Sydney Trains passengers terrified by two men dancing around in black ‘gimp suits’

‘My nightmares have come to life’: Rail passengers are left terrified after men in black ‘GIMP SUITS’ start dancing around platforms – but there’s a simple explanation

  • Commuters are terrified after seeing men in ‘gimp suits’ at Sydney train stations
  • The men have been seen at Chatswood, Parramatta, Epping and Central station
  • The bizarre sight is just one element of the Sydney Trains Rail Safety Week
  • Many took to social media to admit they found the bizarre footage unnerving

Commuters have been left terrified after a series of men were seen dancing around in morph suits at busy Sydney train stations.

The people, clad in black ‘gimp suits’, have been captured dancing in front of a large ‘Don’t slip up’ sign at Chatswood, Parramatta, Epping and Central station this week.

The bizarre sight is just one element of Sydney Trains’ Rail Safety Week, which runs annually in August.

‘Rail Safety Week is here again with a great range of events and activities hosted by Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink,’ the website reads.

‘Rail Safety Week is an annual community awareness week held in Australia and New Zealand designed to engage the community in safe rail practices.’

A Transport for NSW Spokesperson confirmed to Daily Mail Australia it was a part of the Rail Safety Week campaign.

‘It is there to encourage customers to stay safe while traveling on the rail network,’ the spokesperson said.

Many have taken to social media platforms to share the footage, admitting the performance was unnerving.

‘Please tell me taxpayer money isn’t paying for this mind-numbing tribute to stupidity,’ one person wrote on Reddit.

‘Anyone else creeped out by the no slip awareness person in Parramatta station?’ another asked.

‘Two dudes at Central station as well yesterday. I get that they were going for those sign silhouette people look but it’s more creepy than anything,’ another man commented.

Meanwhile, others were commenting about how seeing the men was like witnessing something from their nightmares.

‘Wouldn’t seeing someone like this make you likely to slip on the rails?’ one man said.

‘My nightmares have come to life,’ another wrote.

‘How many people have slipped because they were so distracted by that thing?’

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Sydney Trains for comment.
