A Sydney couple have defied odds of less than one in 100,000 to welcome a second set of identical twins.
Sophia Brown, 32, and her husband Paule Brown, 33, welcomed their adorable twin girls Camilla and Madison on Wednesday afternoon, just before 1.30pm.
The new additions join three-year-old twin brothers, Ethan and Harley.

Mrs Brown carried both sets of twins to full-term and gave birth to them naturally, with them both also conceived naturally.
The new mother has described experiencing the rare phenomenon as ‘surreal’ saying the couple were still pinching themselves in disbelief.
‘I never thought I would have one set of twins, let alone two sets!,’ she said.

Mrs Brown remains in hospital and says her young boys were already huge fans of their tiny siblings.
‘Ethan and Harley are very affectionate and gentle towards their new baby sisters.’
‘They are always concerned and asking if mummy’s OK and if the baby girl’s are OK when they visit us in hospital.’

The couple were hoping to welcome a baby girl into their family and described feeling completely blown away when they received the news of more twins.
‘We wanted to try for a girl and ended up getting two. We’re very excited,’ the mother told news.com.
She says she felt well versed welcoming the newcomers, with her twin boys proving a helpful learning experience.
‘We’re pretty organised about it and we’ve learned from juggling the first two kids, so we’re not too worried.’
