A Taiwanese tourist says she was raped by her Tinder date during her vacation to Colorado, after she refused to have sex without a condom.
Scott Fisher, 48, was arrested Monday on one count of sexual assault after the alleged incident last year.
The female tourist, told police she had matched with Fisher on Tinder during her trip to Boulder County on April 9, 2017, the Daily Camera reports.
They began texting and agreed to meet for coffee later that day, she said.
The pair met in downtown Boulder and Fisher offered to drive her around town in his truck so she could sight-see.
She said that her date had driven to a ditch in Boulder Canyon where they began kissing.
The alleged victim says that Fisher informed her he had a condom and then began trying to have sex with her without it.
When she refused, and tried to get dressed, she says he forced himself on her.
He later gave her a ride back to her car, and she went to hospital for a sexual assault examination and reported the incident to the local police, the affidavit states.

When she confronted him the next day in a phone call, in the company of the police, Fisher claimed he didn’t hear her say she didn’t want to have sex but admitted ‘I don’t think it went great, but I didn’t think it went totally bad, and now I feel kind of creepy.’
It’s not clear why there was such a delay between the allegations and Fisher’s arrest.
The suspect is now being held at the Boulder County Jail pending a bond hearing.
