Tammy Hembrow launches $10,000 per week wellness retreat on luxurious Greek island for her biggest fans

Tammy Hembrow’s biggest fans will have a chance to take part in a bespoke wellness retreat curated by the famed fitness influencer – for a price. 

The Instagram superstar has launched her Show Up retreat, which will take place on the Greek island of Zakynthos between October 21 to October 27 this year. 

Those wishing to take part will need to part with a pretty penny, with shared rooms coming in at $8296 AUD and private rooms at $9955 AUD for the week – just $45 short of $10,000. 

And that doesn’t include airfare, drinks or all meals, however accommodation, tailored workouts and activities are accounted for.  

Among those activities are a ‘sound healing experience’, journaling, meditation and affirmation workshops, sailing and sunset yoga.

‘This trip is geared to inspire and set you up for your future fitness, lifestyle, career and business goals. We have so many amazing things planned.’ 

She went on to explain there are just 19 places available, and the retreat will be using elements of the learnings and stories from her upcoming book, Show Up.

Also included are ‘workouts with our trained fitness facilitators’ and ‘all rooms have ensuite and most have views over the Ionian Sea’.
