She’s the Instagram star who honed her bodacious body and curves through intense gym workouts.
And on Saturday, Tammy Hembrow left nothing to the imagination as showed off her workout results in a tiny, light blue bikini in a series of raunchy photos posted to her Instagram.
‘I woke up, I have air in my lungs, an able body, water to drink, a roof over my head, two healthy children,’ the 27-year-old influencer wrote in her caption.

‘I am so grateful,’ Tammy added before tagging the Neena Swim bikini and swimsuit brand.
In the saucy images, Tammy pulled different poses and put her curves on display for her 13.3 million followers.
Tammy’s sister Amy commented on the post with a heart.

In July, Tammy revealed what she eats to maintain her toned physique and gave her followers a look inside her fridge and pantry.
Inside her fridge was six bottles of kombucha, a protein drink to be consumed after a workout, and fresh produce including fruits and vegetables, including apples, oranges, lemon, and tomato.
Tammy’s pantry, meanwhile, was filled with wholegrain pasta, grains, potatoes, garlic and snacks including cashew nuts.

Speaking to New Idea, Tammy said she ‘eats every two to three hours,’ starting and ending her day with a vegan protein shake and oats.
She also emphasised the importance of eating protein-rich food and complex carbohydrates to maintain her ripped physique.
‘I needed to eat lots to build that area [buttocks] so I also ate lots of complex carbohydrates like brown rice, oatmeal, potatoes and healthy fats.’
‘For me lean protein like chicken breast, turkey and fish, really helps, but I find that with trying to build my booty I wasn’t consuming the amount of protein I needed so supplements like protein shakes helped too,’ she added.
