The Real Housewives of Orange County personality is recovering from multiple cosmetic surgeries including a brow lift, CO2 laser, and blue peel.
On Monday, September 2, she took to Instagram to share an update with her nearly two million followers.
Posting an up-close video displaying her chapped and peeling visage, she wrote in the caption, ‘So, today’s actually day three—taking it one step at a time… literally. Happy birthday to me.’
She also uploaded a post looking her best in a skin-baring white outfit with her face fully done up, writing, ‘Another 365 days around the sun.’

Her video snippet, which showed Judge resting in bed, began with her stating, ‘Hey, guys. Just wanted to get on here and give you an update.
‘For some reason I thought yesterday was day three and it’s actually today.’
She added, ‘This is the worst day of it all and it happens to be on my birthday.’
Tamra wore a long-sleeved, pale pink T-shirt that read ‘homebody’ on the front in capital black letters.
Sharing with her fans, she noted, ‘Sophia gave me this shirt,’ referring to her 18-year-old daughter with ex Simon Barney.
Turning to show her plump cheek, she admitted, ‘The swelling is pretty bad,’ adding, ‘The doctor wanted to put me on a steroid pack today but [my husband] Eddie went to go pick it up and the pharmacy’s closed today.’
She said she’d do it tomorrow instead.
The Bravo personality said she was feeling a bit better today and was able to take a shower.

Tamra also shared that noise used to give her a headache, but now she’s able to watch TV.
Part of the recording also showed the star walking in circles around her kitchen to get some steps in.
The post comes after on Sunday, she shared an update as she told her followers it felt like her skin was ‘going to burst.’
‘I don’t know how it can get any worse. You can see it’s getting oozy. I can barely open my eyes,’ she shared at the time.
The star was clad in a leopard print robe as she recorded her patchy skin and puffy eyes.
