Thrown at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Saturday, the glittering awards show welcomed an impressive array of top-flight luminaries from all walks of showbiz. 

For her latest public appearance, Taraji cut a showstopping figure in a pale green frock that featured sparkly flower petal adornments over her bust and her enviably taut midriff.

The acclaimed film star, who is nominated for best supporting actress in a motion picture for her turn in The Color Purple, shot the cameras an enigmatic look.
