Tattooed Australian man is arrested over hosting raucous boat orgies in Thailand

A tattoo clad Australian tour guide was arrested in relation to the organisation and distribution of alcohol-fuelled yacht orgies with Thai hookers.

Stephen Allan Carpenter, 49, was arrested in Saraburi, Thailand, after he fled Pattaya and went into hiding.

He previously boasted of 19-year-old women who would ‘take six blokes at once’ onboard luxury charter boats in Pattaya.

Footage obtained from an undercover sting depicts women and men engaged in raucous acts.

Video taken from inside a yacht orgy depicts middle-aged men watching two young Thai women performing a lesbian show.

The chubby, Caucasian men leered, groped and photographed the women, whilst listening to Rolling Stones.

Other prostitutes trawl the boat, sitting on the laps of customers and engaging with the men whilst the boat is moored off the coast of Pattaya, Thailand; a notorious sex destination.

The video was filmed during one of the events earlier in 2018.

On Dec 6 last year, Carpenter allegedly advertised his business on his Facebook account, offering arranged chartered boat trips with prostitutes for 38,000 baht, or $1,500 AUD.

For the more expensive charter, the price increased, but promised a six hour party with at least eight girls, food and alcohol.

The girls were to be paid extra for their services, but he noted the desperation of the girls due to it being off peak season.

A separate advertisement on Craigslist offered images of six naked Thai women surrounding a Caucasian man, promising a ‘wild boat orgy’.

Explicit images used to promote the tours revealed naked young women and others performing lesbian sex shows.

The tour company, named Austhai tours, has since shut down it’s business page.

Police discovered the illegal business through these same advertisements.

Undercover police posed as potential clients and engaged with Mr Carpenter, who requested a 50% deposit to secure their position on the charter, after describing his staff as ‘stunning girls’ that he’d discovered in clubs and bars.

”Just fill them up with grog and they do the lot”

”You want real dirty ones,” he added.

Pol Lt Col Dulayaphat Techaphonchayasin was the leading officer in the investigation, and was able to use this information to secure an arrest warrant.

‘In messages to undercover police the suspect agreed details of the parties and sent his bank details for the transfer of money,’ he said.

He added: ‘Anything goes… the 19-year-old will suck you off, the lot.’

Carpenter faced additional charges of violating the law that regulates the types of work foreigners are permitted to do in Thailand, as well as overstaying his visa.

He is also accused of violating the computer crime act by posting nude images online.

Carpenter refused to answer any questions, citing a language barrier.

He faces anywhere between seven years and life in prison if he is found guilty of the charges.
