Tayla Damir denies going on Ex On The Beach and says she’s single after split with Grant Crapp

Love Island’s Tayla Damir has admitted that she has been contacted by ex-boyfriends in the wake of her split from Grant Crapp.

Speaking to KIIS FM’s Kyle And Jackie O this Thursday, the brunette beauty made the admission while speaking candidly about how she has been coping in the week following her shock break-up.

‘Yes, I’d just like to put my best interest first, I’m not looking to rush into anything,’ she confessed to the radio duo.

‘A few of my ex-boyfriends have actually reached out!’ Love Island star Tayla Damir, 21, has revealed that she has been contacted by former flames following her split from Grant Crapp

‘Have any of your other boyfriends reached out?’ Kyle probed.

‘A few of my ex-boyfriends in my past have actually reached out and said, ‘Are you okay?’ But I’m taking time for myself at the moment,’ she admitted.

She added: ‘It was really only a three-week relationship, so I know I’ll be fine.’

Tayla dumped Grant last week after finding out he had lied about having a ‘secret girlfriend’ prior to entering Love Island Australia.

In an Instagram video shared after the heartbreaking news, Grant steadfastly claimed that he and his ex Lucy Cartwright had split before he entered Love Island Australia, but conceded he hadn’t been completely truthful about his past relationship.

He stated: ‘Going into Love Island that girl (Lucy) totally knew I was going in there so I did break up with her before Love Island, so it was finished. I lied about that to Tayla and I totally regret that, it’s something I’m not proud of.’

Meanwhile, Tayla took to Instagram on Thursday to reflect upon her tumultuous experience on Love Island, writing: ‘Although my post Love Island experience hasn’t gone exactly to plan I am still forever grateful for my time in the villa and wouldn’t change it for the world.’

She continued: ‘I want to thank everyone for respecting my privacy over the last few days while I gathered my emotions and thoughts, and spent quality time with my family and friends.’

‘Like every experience in life there will always be both negatives and positives. Instead of dwelling over the negatives from the past few days I am choosing to be strong, empowered and ready to focus on all the positives life has to offer,’ added Tayla.

She completed her post by declaring that she ‘learned so much’  during her time in the Love Island villa and felt that she had grown as a person.
