Taylor Swift has spent almost $50million on apartments in one Tribeca block.
The 28-year-old singer’s latest acquisition at 155 Franklin Street in Manhattan is a second-floor unit measuring 3,540 square feet – adding to three other properties she already owns on the same block.
She bought the apartment in an off-market deal from financier Jeremy Phillips for $9.75million, sources told the New York Post.
Swift will likely be looking to connect the three properties now, and possibly even build herself a garage so that she can head in and out without drawing the attention of paparazzi.

It seem likely that Swift will want to connect the three properties and create one massive unit, which could allow her even more privacy when entering and exiting

The Tribeca Citizen noted the LLC the singer had used to buy the three-story townhouse shares an address with the one that bought the second-floor unit.
Other celebrities living in Swift’s 10-unit condominium building include actor and comedian Aziz Ansari, who spent $5.7million on a unit last year.
Former residents include Orlando Bloom, Lord of the Rings director Peter Jackson and Academy Award-winning director Steven Soderbergh.
