A desperate search is underway for a teenager who was last seen riding a scooter in Queensland while in the state to receive medical treatment.
The 16-year-old teenager from New South Wales was last seen at Woolloongabba, a suburb in Brisbane at 6pm on Wednesday.
His last known location was along Annerley Road and police believe that he may have been travelling to Southbank Parklands with a scooter when he disappeared.

The authorities hold grave concerns for the boy’s welfare as he suffers from a condition which requires medication.
He is also believed to be unfamiliar with the surroundings in Brisbane as he is from different state.
He is described as white, 155cm tall and slim build, with brown hair and eyes.
On the day of his disappearance, he was seen wearing a black baseball cap, pink shirt and tan pants.
