A Texas teenager, 15, was arrested after he was caught on camera spitting into an Arizona Tea bottle and putting it back on the shelf.
Police in Odessa were dispatched on Monday to Albertsons supermarket, after a store employee witnessed the incident, according to Corporal Steve LeSueur.
He claimed he watched security camera footage with an asset protection officer and saw the teen take the drink, put his mouth on it, and then put it back on a shelf, CBS 7 reported.

An officer was dispatched to the Albertsons on North County Road West Monday night after an employee caught a teenager taking the bottle and drinking from it
The police officer said that they boy told him what he did but put the product back because it was ‘gross,’ according to CBS 7.
He faces a charge of tampering with a consumer product, which is a second degree felony. He is currently being held in the Ector County Youth Center.
LeSueur claimed the violation is ‘something we take very seriously.’ A similar incident happened in Texas earlier this month when a woman was filmed licking ice cream from a tub of Blue Bell and putting it back in a Walmart freezer.

Officers from the Lufkin Police Department refused to publicly name the girl because of her age, but they said they had no plans to charge her as an adult for tampering with a consumer product.
An eight-second video shows the woman opening up the tub which she had just removed from the freezer. With a big smile on her face, she then licks the top layer of the carton.
Encouraged by the man filming her, she then puts it back in the freezer, ready for an unsuspecting customer to purchase.
The video has been viewed more than 8 million times on Twitter and has led to uproar.
Authorities said they would hand her case over to the juvenile justice department, who will now conduct an investigation and decide whether to pursue charges. The incident happened at a Walmart store on 2500 Daniel McCall Dr in Lufkin, Texas.
