A woman will need plastic surgery after losing several of her front teeth during a brutal carjacking in southeast Melbourne on Monday.
Taylor Hall was dragged 30 metres along the concrete after she was pulled from her convertible by a group of three men in a stolen Nissan X-Trail who were being pursued by police.
The 18-year-old sustained cuts and bruises to her face, stomach and legs.
‘As soon as they hit that curb I flung off and went smack into the concrete,’ she said, motioning to her face and the gap in her teeth.

Ms Hall said she hung on for dear life because her eight-month-old rescue puppy, Luna, was still in the backseat of her red convertible.
‘There’s no way that I was going to let her go – she’s only a puppy and she doesn’t deserve to go through anything like that,’ Ms Hall told Herald Sun.
‘I didn’t think about the danger to myself until after I knew Luna was OK.’
The group of thugs began their crime spree in Skye, where they stole petrol from a service station, according to 7News.
The trio, travelling in a stolen Nissan, then rammed two police cars in the nearby suburb of Seaton.

Officers called off the search on Wells Road, just moments before the thugs crashed into three cars on Osborne Road and took off with Ms Hall’s convertible.
The men quickly ditched the 18-year-old’s car, which had a flat tyre, and stole a gold Volkswagen Golf, which has not been found.
Ms Hall’s puppy, Luna, was found safe and well in someone’s backyard.
Lucas Dumar, who witnessed the carjacking, told Daily Mail Australia he drove over a median strip to escape as he watched the attack unfold.
‘I looked back quickly to see two guys get to the girl’s car, a third guy now running along the median strip towards my car then I heard her scream as they ripped open her door and grabbed her,’ he said.
‘The second I saw the third guy getting closer to me I put my foot down and quickly got out of there.
‘They looked to be on drugs and also had blood over their faces … I think one of them was bald, they were a bit older and they were wearing baggy clothing.’

Nelly Rangiuira said the men tried to steal his ute, with one yelling to the other to ‘grab the gun’, The Herald Sun reported.
‘They got out of their car that smashed into the black car in front of me and tried to take my car,’ Mr Rangiuira said.
The trio, one of whom has a neck tattoo, were last seen in a gold Volkswagen Golf and are believed to be suffering visible injuries from the crash.
One of the suspects is of Caucasian appearance and was wearing a white baseball cap and black t-shirt.
A manhunt is underway.
‘Five vehicles rammed, two police cars rammed, two pursuits over several hours … it was extremely dangerous behaviour,’ Police acting Superintendent Simon Humphrey said.
‘We treat (the offenders) as very dangerous and we would ask the public to do the same.’
