Telstra customers unable to make or receive calls after mobile phone outage 

Telstra customers claim they are unable to make or receive calls amid a nation-wide mobile phone outage.

Phone calls and internet access were affected on Tuesday across at least six capital cities.

‘We’re sorry for the interruption. We’re working on getting your service returned as fast as possible,’ Telstra’s website reads. 

Some customers have taken to social media and the AussieOutages website to complain they haven’t been able to make a call since Monday night.   

‘What is going on?! I have been without phone service for 13 hrs now! How much longer is this going to take?!,’ one wrote.
